My work draws on more than 15 years of experience across corporate, federal, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, along with a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and senior human resources certifications.
I have developed leadership programs, strengthened talent pathways, guided organizational initiatives, and helped leaders work through complex people challenges.
